Megastar Chiranjeevi’s much-awaited next project, tentatively titled Mega158, is finally back on track. KS Ravindra, aka Bobby, will be directing the film, marking their second collaboration after the success of Waltair Veerayya. Chiranjeevi’s last film is Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, which has become a hit, and now they are backed by KVN Productions.
There have been reports about a delay in the film, which has been sorted now. As per the latest reports in the film circles, the makers are gearing up to officially kickstart the project with a pooja ceremony on April 11. The film is said to feature two prominent female roles, one as Chiranjeevi’s wife and the other as his daughter.
Mamitha Baiju, Anaswara Rajan and a couple of others are in talks to play Chiru’s daughter in the film. Most likely, Thaman will come on board as the music director. The film unit will officially confirm the proceedings at the earliest.
More details of the movie will be updated soon.
