The Chairman of Reliance Industries and India’s richest man Mukesh Ambani broke his own record of purchasing most expensive real estate property in the city. Only a few months ago, Mukesh made an expensive purchase of a luxurious building in Dubai and he has now cracked a deal to buy a beachside villa for a whopping price. Currently, the news about this mega deal is kept under wraps as a private affair.
Mukesh, the second wealthiest person of India, has reportedly purchased this luxurious villa for his younger son Anant Ambani by offering a massive Rs 640 Cr. Without disclosing the buyer’s name, Dubai Land Department recently declared that the iconic Palm Jumeirah – a Paradise like Island for world’s wealthiest people- was purchased by Mohammed Alshaya for $163 Million.
Apart from his investments in Dubai Real Estate, Mukesh also bought UK Country Club Stoke Park for $79 Million for his elder son Akash Ambani. Also, he is on scout for a luxurious real estate venture in New York to gift his daughter Isha Ambani. Besides that, several recent reports indicate that Reliance Chairman is busy in setting up a family office in Singapore.
