The controversy surrounding Amazon Prime Video’s The Traitors Telugu has moved beyond the reality show and into the police station.
Actress and entrepreneur Shreedevi Chowdary, who was involved in on-screen disagreements and tensions surrounding gamer Puppala Dhanunjay (Telugu Gaming FF), has reportedly approached Jubilee Hills Police over alleged online harassment.
She has alleged that Dhanunjay and certain social media accounts targeted her age and personal reputation through derogatory posts and memes. Police have registered a case and are investigating the allegations.
Dhanunjay’s side of the story and the circumstances surrounding the allegations have also become a point of public discussion.
Now, with Bigg Boss 17 fame Arun Mashettey reaching the police station in support of Telugu Gaming, the reality-show rivalry has turned into a major off-screen controversy.
